Our service provides a free online, client-side image merging utility. You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using our tool to process illegal, copyrighted (without permission), or offensive material, even though the processing occurs locally on your device.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The website design, custom code, logos, and textual content are owned by Akshay Pimpale. However, you retain full ownership and copyright of any images you process using our tool. Join 2 Photos claims no intellectual property rights over the files you upload into your browser.

4. Modification of Service

Join 2 Photos reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time. You agree that Join 2 Photos shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Join 2 Photos, nor its developers or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
